 Arnold Lim
Arnold is the owner operator of Koreangardens restaurant and is also the Sushichef, server, cook, as well as manager of the business. In his spare time he keeps himself busy by traveling all over the world taking pictures of Mixed Martial Arts events around the world. He also runs his own Mixed Martial Arts website and does event coverage and articles for www.mmaringreport.com. He is happily married to Susan Wong and they are expecting their first child in November of 2004.

Susie is the mother of Arnold Lim and is also the head chef at Koreangardens. In her spare time she likes gardening, talking on the phone and of course Korean Soap Operas. When she is not working she also likes to spend time with the local Churches helping anyway she can.

 Li Tran Loi
Li Tran Loi is one of the original employees of Koreangarden restaurant and an old family friend of the Lim family. He has been an important part of the restaurant from the beginning and continues to be one of the cornerstones of the restaurant.

Susan is the wife of Arnold Lim as well as the Head server at Koreangardens. She is currently on maternity leave as the couple are expecting their first child in November. She will be back at the restaurant after completing her maternity leave sometime possibly in late 2005.

Joe has been making sushi for over 15 years. He has been a fixture in the Victoria Sushi scene for a long time but lives an hour and a half away in Nanaimo B.C. He makes the commute once a week to work at Koreangardens.

Mrs. Yang is one of 2 original employees of Koreangardens that started the restaurant 5 years ago. Originally from Szechuan China, Judy [Zu Jun] Yang is the spiciest chef in the kitchen. She is married and a happy mother of 1 boy and one girl. She spends her spare time gardening and working around the house.
